Terms of Use

1. Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using EstiFast (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the standard Apple end-user license agreement (EULA) for apps in the App Store.

2. What EstiFast is

EstiFast is a tool for creating estimates and invoices, scheduling jobs, and scanning and signing documents. It does not process payments, collect money on your behalf, provide legal, accounting, or tax advice, or guarantee the accuracy of any pricing, tax rate, calculation, or signature layout you create.

3. Free plan and EstiFast Pro

• The App is free to download. The free plan includes 3 estimates, 1 invoice and 3 scanned or signed documents per calendar month. The counts reset on the first day of each month.
• EstiFast Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription (price shown in the App before you subscribe; $8.99 per month in the United States) that removes the monthly limits.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• All billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms. We cannot process refunds directly — please contact Apple Support for billing issues.
• Use "Restore Purchases" in the App to restore an active subscription on a new device.

4. Your data & responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the estimates, invoices, prices, tax calculations, schedules, signatures, and client information you create or send using the App. EstiFast stores this data on your device; we do not keep a copy, so we strongly recommend backing up your device (for example, with iCloud backup) and using the App's backup export.

Signatures you add to a document are applied by you. You are responsible for making sure you and anyone else signing have the right and authority to do so, and for whether a signed document is legally valid or acceptable where you use it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to create fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents, to forge another person's signature, or to misrepresent your business, licensing, or qualifications.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every document before you send it to a client.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstiFast and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost revenue, lost data, or disputes with your clients.

8. Changes to the App or these terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend access for users who violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
