EstiFast ("we," "our," or "the App") is operated by an individual developer based in Illinois, USA ("EstiFast"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it's used, and your choices.
EstiFast keeps your business data on your own device. We do not operate a server that stores your estimates, invoices, schedule, scanned documents, signatures, client list, or company information, and the App has no accounts or sign-in. We do not sell your data, because we don't have it.
The App stores the following locally on your iPhone only. It is not transmitted to us:
This information stays on your device unless you choose to share it yourself — for example, by messaging, emailing, or printing an estimate, invoice, schedule, or signed document, or through Apple's own iCloud/iTunes device backup.
The App asks for access to your camera and photo library only when you use features that need them, such as scanning a document, adding a job photo, or choosing a file to sign. Images and files are processed on your device and are not sent to us.
To apply the monthly free limit, the App saves a small count of how many estimates and invoices you created this month in the iOS Keychain on your device. It contains no personal or business information, and it stays on your device (it may remain after you delete and reinstall the App so the free limit cannot be reset).
EstiFast Pro is billed and managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). We do not receive or store your payment card details. The App checks your subscription status with Apple on your device.
When you text, email, or otherwise send something from the App, it leaves your device through the service you chose (for example, Messages or your email provider). That transmission is governed by that service's privacy policy, not by us. When you send a message to a technician or a customer, you are responsible for having the right to share their details.
The App does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
EstiFast is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we add features that change how data is handled — such as optional cloud sync or accounts — we will update this policy before those features are available and, where required, ask for your consent.
